At Youtooz, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your limited edition collectibles and apparel. If your order isn't quite right, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your region.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit and include your RMA slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
